At least three years’ work experience is required before candidates can be awarded with the Corporate Finance London qualification. This must include the candidate’s direct involvement in at least three corporate finance transactions and these transactions must be signed off by their manager as proof of experience.
CF Qualification Course Requirements
In the UK the entry requirement for the certificate stage of the CF qualification is the SII Certificate in Corporate Finance qualification, although credit for prior learning is possible which includes candidates who have successfully passed the ACA qualification. The Diploma Stage requires the successful completion of the certificate or proven prior learning and only those who pass the Diploma can undertake the Advanced Diploma stage.
